7. Paid Plans & Refunds
Paid listing plans (Listed, Active, Premier) are billed monthly or annually as selected. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months
- Annual plans cancelled within 7 days of purchase may receive a prorated refund at our discretion
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this site to:
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data without permission
- Submit false facility listings or fraudulent claims
- Impersonate a facility owner or staff member
